Fresh Water Ministries is about more than just providing drinking water where there is no access. It’s also about sharing the “living water”, Jesus, where there is no access.

Every one of our village projects include a freshwater well [providing physical refreshment for the village], as well as a church building [providing spiritual refreshment for the village.]

the 10/40 window

If you draw a line on a map on the northern latitudes of 10 degrees and 40 degrees in the eastern hemisphere you get what missiologist call the 10/40 window 

The 10/40 window encompasses 95% of the unreached people in the world who have no access to a Bible, to a church and have never been reached for the gospel or the name of Jesus.

All the world’s major religions originate in the 10/40 window making it a region of great spiritual darkness

85% of the world’s poorest people are in the 10/40 window.

The 10/40 window is the most strategically important mission field in the world!
